Reservation

Payment is required at the same time as reservation. We accept all major credit cards.

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your required payment. Without payment, your reservation will be cancelled.

If you pay the remaining total of your reservation in cash (Mexican Pesos, Euros, US Dollars or Swiss Francs), a 10% discount will be applied to the rest of your booking.

Cancellations

Rooms / Casitas

You are free to cancel your reservation at any time up to until 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Any cancellation after this point, full payment will be required.

Casa Cuixe

You can cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation after this point, full payment will be required.

At Casa Cuixe we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
